Pricing at a glance

Credits

Credits are used to gather information and are charged as Trialight Agent works. Each answered table cell, written answer or item found for a list uses one credit.

Shared credits

Credits belong to your organisation, so everyone in it uses the same free and bought credits.

Free credits

Each organisation receives 50 free credits each month, and a further 100 credits each month once a card is registered. Free credits expire at the end of each month. Subscriptions replace free credits.

Subscriptions and top-ups

Subscribe to 1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 credits a month, at a discount that grows with size, and pay yearly to save a further 10% of the full price. Credits are granted each month either way. Top-ups of 1,000 credits can be purchased for £500 or at your subscription’s discounted rate. Subscriptions renew each month, or each year when paid yearly, on the date you first purchased, until cancelled, which takes effect at the end of the billing period. Top-up credits never expire and free credits are spent first.

Automatic top-ups

Once a card is registered, an admin can turn on automatic top-ups and choose when they happen and how much they buy. Credits are bought when your organisation’s balance drops below the amount chosen, or when something needs more credits than are left. See Credits and payment in our Platform Services Agreement.

Spending limits

Admins can set a monthly credit limit for the organisation and for each member. The limits cover all credits used, including credits from top-ups.

Currency

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).

Refunds

Credits are non-refundable except where the law requires. See Refunds and cancellation in our Platform Services Agreement.
